  • Payment and completed registration form must be submitted and received prior to the tournament.
  • If mailed, postmark date will determine entry eligibility.
  • Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the tournament directors. 
  • Closed-toed shoes are required for safety. Matching shirts are recommended but not required.
  • Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited during the game. Any participant who appears or acts intoxicated, whether due to alcohol or drugs, will be disqualified from the tournament.
A signed waiver will be required by player at sign in to able to participate in any clinic or tournament.
